제44회 대한간학회 추계 Single Topic Symposium 공식 모바일 앱(이하 "앱")은 참석자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하는지, 왜 처리하는지, 이용자가 어떤 권리를 갖는지를 설명합니다. 본 앱은 학술 행사 안내를 목적으로 하며, 광고를 게재하지 않고 별도의 분석·추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

1. 처리하는 정보

가. 기기에만 저장되는 정보 (서버로 전송되지 않음)

아래 정보는 이용자의 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.

  • 프로필: 이용자가 직접 입력한 이름과 식별자(선택), 로그인 시각. 로그인은 선택이며 "건너뛰기"할 수 있습니다.
  • 나의 명찰 식별자: 기기에서 생성한 임의의 로컬 값(개인을 특정하지 않음).
  • 나의 일정·메모: 담아둔 세션과 개인 메모.
  • 환경설정: 언어, 화면 모드(다크/라이트), 글자 크기.

나. 서버로 전송되는 정보

실시간 참여 기능을 사용할 때에 한해 아래 정보가 행사 서버로 전송됩니다.

입장 QR은 사무국이 발급한 값을 그대로 표시하는 보조 수단입니다. 조회되지 않아도 명찰의 QR로 정상 입·퇴장하실 수 있으며, 조회를 시도하지 않으면 이름·이메일은 전송되지 않습니다.
실시간 자막은 앱이 서버로부터 수신(표시)만 합니다. 앱은 참석자의 마이크·음성·오디오를 수집하지 않습니다. 자막의 음성 입력은 행사 운영석 장비에서만 이루어집니다.

2. 처리하지 않는 정보

본 앱은 위치정보, 연락처, 사진·미디어, 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않으며, 제3자 광고·분석·추적 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다.

3. 정보의 제공 및 처리위탁

수집된 정보는 판매·대여되지 않습니다. 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 인프라를 이용합니다.

  • 백엔드 호스팅(Supabase): 투표·질문·알림 토큰의 저장·처리.
  • 푸시 알림 전송(Apple/Google/Expo 푸시 서비스): 알림을 이용자 기기로 전달.

사전등록 명단의 제공: 입장 QR 표시를 위해 준비사무국으로부터 사전등록자의 이름·이메일· 입장 QR 값을 제공받아 대조에 사용합니다. 이메일은 해시로 변환해 보관하며, 명단은 행사 종료 즉시 파기합니다.

각 사업자는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 정보를 처리합니다.

4. 보유 기간

기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 서버로 전송된 투표·질문·알림 토큰은 행사 운영 종료 후 합리적인 기간 내에 파기하거나 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 보관합니다. 입장 QR 조회를 위한 사전등록 명단은 행사 종료 즉시 파기합니다.

5. 이용자의 권리와 선택

  • 로그인 없이(건너뛰기) 앱의 대부분 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
  • 질문 작성 시 이름 표시 여부를 선택할 수 있습니다.
  • 기기의 알림 권한을 거부하면 푸시 토큰이 전송되지 않습니다.
  • 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 정보가 삭제됩니다.
  • 서버에 저장된 본인의 투표·질문 등의 열람·삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 의료·학술 종사자를 대상으로 하며 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치

서버와의 모든 통신은 표준 암호화(HTTPS/TLS)로 보호됩니다.

8. 방침의 변경

본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다.

Privacy Policy

KASL STS 2026 mobile application · Effective 20 July 2026

The official mobile app (the "App") for the 44th KASL Autumn Single Topic Symposium respects the privacy of its attendees. This policy explains what information the App processes, why, and the choices available to you. The App is provided to support an academic event; it shows no advertising and uses no analytics or tracking tools.

1. Information We Process

a. Stored only on your device (never sent to a server)

  • Profile: a name and optional identifier you enter, and sign-in time. Sign-in is optional and can be skipped.
  • Badge identifier: a random local value generated on your device (does not identify you personally).
  • My Agenda & notes: sessions you save and personal memos.
  • Preferences: language, appearance (dark/light), font size.

b. Information sent to the server

Only when you use live participation features:

The entry QR is a convenience copy of the code the secretariat issued. If no match is found you can still enter and exit normally with your printed badge, and if you never request a lookup, your name and email are never sent.
Live captions are only received and displayed by the App. The App does not collect any microphone, voice, or audio input from attendees; caption audio is captured only at the event operations desk.

2. What We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect location, contacts, photos/media, or advertising identifiers, and contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

3. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell or rent your information. We rely on the following infrastructure:

  • Backend hosting (Supabase): storage and processing of votes, questions, and push tokens.
  • Push delivery (Apple/Google/Expo push services): delivering notifications to your device.

Pre-registration list: to display entry QRs, the organizing secretariat provides us with registrants' names, emails, and entry QR values for matching. Emails are stored hashed, and the list is deleted immediately after the event.

4. Retention

On-device data is removed when you delete the App. Votes, questions, and push tokens sent to the server are deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period after the event concludes. The pre-registration list used for entry QR lookup is deleted immediately after the event.

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • You may use most of the App without signing in (Skip).
  • You choose whether your name is shown when asking a question.
  • Declining notification permission means no push token is sent.
  • Deleting the App removes all information stored on your device.
  • To access or delete your server-side votes/questions, contact us below.

6. Children

The App is intended for medical and academic professionals and is not directed to children under 14.

7. Security

All communication with the server is protected by standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).

8. Changes

We may update this policy; changes will be posted on this page.
